3. User Responsibilities

- Ensure you own or have the legal right to use all content on your website
- Not submit websites containing illegal, harmful, or infringing content

- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our conversion tools or processes

4. Payment Terms
Payment for our services is governed by the following terms:
- Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Current pricing is displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
- Payment: Full payment is required before work commences unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Refunds: Refunds may be issued within 7 days of purchase if work has not yet commenced. Once development begins, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Disputes: Payment disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.
- Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
5. Intellectual Property
The following intellectual property terms apply:
- Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to your website content, branding, and materials provided to us.
- Delivered App: Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the converted mobile application.
- Our Tools & Processes: Wavonyx retains all rights to its proprietary conversion tools, methodologies, and processes.
- Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Delivery and Timelines
We aim to deliver converted apps within the timeframes stated on our website (typically 3–7 business days depending on the plan). Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, revision requests, and third-party dependencies such as app store review processes. Delays caused by incomplete information or slow client responses may extend delivery timelines.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Wavonyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
- We do not guarantee app store approval, as this is subject to Google Play and Apple App Store policies which are outside our control.
- We are not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or issues arising from third-party services or platforms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services to convert websites that contain or promote:
- Illegal activities or content that violates any applicable law
- Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
- Adult content without proper age verification systems
- Malware, phishing, or other malicious content
- Infringement of third-party intellectual property rights
- Spam or unsolicited commercial communications
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
